The Versatile Stuffed Mushroom!!!

Sometimes Simple is Perfect… A Cheese & Fruit Plate

Hey, Jacksonville Fresh family! I am Itti Chopra, a Project Manager turned Recipe Tailor. “Thyme2Curry” is my passion project, to share healthy guilt-free recipes that are fresh from Farm to Table . I am so excited to share my recipes with the Jacksonville Fresh family on this blog! My recipes are inspired by my Indian heritage. Born and raised in Southern India, using fresh local and tropical produce has been a guiding influence on my cooking style. I strongly believe that the freshest, seasonal produce from local farmers results in the best culinary experience. I love traveling and experiencing food from all over the world. When I moved to the States, I learned that Indian food here is considered exotic (which on some levels means unapproachable). But these dishes are not so difficult to make and go way beyond just the ‘curry’!. I am passionate about giving recipes from the world a healthy twist of my punchy Indian flavors. So, I hope that you enjoy my desi (Indian) cooking. My goal is to inspire you to explore delectable dishes that are simple to cook but complex in flavor! I will be using some key ingredients from the Fresh Boxes, as well as locally available inexpensive ingredients. I would love to hear from you! Please leave your comments or questions below.
